Processing Time
Many NerdFlipz products are made-to-order or custom-created. Processing times vary depending on the type of order.
Standard Merchandise
- Orders typically process within 3–7 business days before shipment.
Custom Apparel & Design Orders
- Production times vary based on the complexity and size of the order.
- Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days after final design approval and payment.
- Larger orders may require additional production time.
Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Design Approval Delays
For custom orders requiring artwork approval, production will not begin until the customer has approved the final design proof.
Delays in responding to proof requests may delay production and delivery timelines.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Shipping rates are subject to carrier pricing and may change without notice.

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided when available.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While NerdFlipz strives to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Supply chain disruptions
- Holidays
- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping delays beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Contact us immediately if the order has not yet shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, NerdFlipz cannot guarantee address changes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NerdFlipz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your package appears lost:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to NerdFlipz if additional assistance is needed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If the damage occurred during production or fulfillment, NerdFlipz will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on inventory availability, production schedules, or fulfillment requirements.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for approved split shipments.
Local Pickup (Optional)
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
