Refund & Return Policy

At NerdFlipz, every order is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made or printed specifically for each customer, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, custom apparel, and made-to-order products, all custom sales are final.

This includes:

• Custom T-shirts
• Custom Hoodies
• Family Reunion Apparel
• Church Apparel
• Business Merchandise
• Personalized Designs
• Custom Digital Artwork

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered unless an error was made by NerdFlipz.

Ready-Made Merchandise

Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unworn
• The item is in its original condition
• The item is returned with all original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or error

If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Design Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs, spelling, dates, names, sizes, and other details before providing final approval.

NerdFlipz is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before design work or production begins.

Once design work has started, a design fee may be deducted from any eligible refund to compensate for time spent creating artwork.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Digital Products

All digital artwork, digital downloads, and design services are non-refundable once delivered.
